No. We designed our process to be entirely hands-off for the homeowner. As long as we have access to a functioning exterior water spigot and your gates are unlocked, we can complete the Knight Treatment while you are at work or running errands. We will send you a text when we arrive and another when the job is complete.

Plant protection is a core part of our process. We pre-wet all vegetation and use a post-wash neutralizer to ensure your lawn and gardens remain healthy. Our solutions are biodegradable and safe for pets once the surfaces have dried (usually within an hour of completion). We simply ask that you keep pets inside while we are actively spraying.

Light rain doesn't stop a Knight. Because we are already using water and chemistry, a light drizzle won't affect the quality of our soft-wash. However, if there is heavy wind, lightning, or torrential downpours, we will reschedule your service to the next available clear day to ensure the safety of our team and the integrity of the cleaning.
